Using my app couldn't be easier, here’s what you get:



All your workouts are in one, easy to access section, no more hunting around on social media to find what you need. Don’t worry if you aren't sure about how to complete a certain exercise as these will include video tutorials.



If you find juggling workouts and your busy schedule a bit difficult sometimes, then this calendar will organise you. All your workouts, check ins, activities and events will be scheduled for you by me. 



With a plethora of social media channels, keeping in touch with anyone can be hard - but this integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly through my App. You know where I am whenever you need me. 



It’s important to stay on top of how you are progressing, so my App lets you easily view and track your goals in one place.  



My app integrates with Fitbit, Withings and Apple Health/Watch, enabling you to sync your data seamlessly and keep on top of your goals.

I first decided to become a personal trainer because I had witnessed first hand what exercise, specifically strength training, had done for my physical and mental health. I felt like a stronger, more confident, empowered version of myself and I wanted to pass this feeling on to other women.

My coaching style is compassionate and encouraging and it is my goal to help my clients build a healthy, flexible and sustainable relationship with food and movement. I believe in exercise being for empowerment not punishment and focusing on overall physical and mental wellbeing vs weight loss.

I have been a trainer for 6 years and my proudest achievement is helping women enjoy exercise, feel empowered and heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I also have significant experience in training pre and post natal clients.

My mission is to help my clients feel mentally and physically stronger and enjoy discovering what their bodies can do. If that sounds good to you then why not come work with me? I promise I’ll have your back!
